The other day I picked up the Balm Meet Matte Nude Palette from Superdrug (I never knew Superdrug sold the Balm products!) and really loved the shade ‘Matt Singh’ so wanted to try a look with it-et voilà.
Eyes: I followed my usual routine of doing my eyebrows first using Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade in Medium Brown, Loreal Brow Artist Plumper to set and Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly around to correct. I primed my eyes with Urban Decay primer potion in Eden with Nars Light Reflecting Loose Setting Powder on top. I highlighted under my brow with The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer and then used the shade Matt Singh from Balm Meet Matte Nude Palette blended all over the lid and under my bottom lash line. I finished off the eyes with Rimmel Exaggerate Eye Liner and Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara.
Face: To prime my face I used Nivea Men Post Save Balm and then sprayed my face with Mac Prep+Prime Fix+. For foundation I used my new found love Estee Lauder Double Wear in 1N2 Encru (review coming soon). I concealed under my eyes and down the centre of my face using Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly. Then I used L.A. Girl Pro Conceal Concealer in Toast to contour under my cheekbones and Topshop Glow Pot in Polished to highlight. I set everywhere using Nars Light Reflecting Loose Setting Powder, then contoured using the darker shade out of the Makeup Revolution Sculpt and Contour Kit C04, I bronzed using Benefit Hoola Bronzer, then higlighted with The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer. I finished off using Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray to make the look last longer.
